About Focus Panel Hub

We teach the mechanics and the manners of Solana governance — how proposals move from idea to vote, and how communities stay engaged through the process.

Our history

Focus Panel Hub Ltd was established in 2021 at 65 Leman Street in Aldgate, East London. The registered business name is Focus Panel Hub Ltd. We began as a reading group for contributors to early Solana DAOs who wanted structured discussion beyond Discord threads. When those contributors started asking for facilitated sessions before launch votes, we formalised the workshop format that remains our core offer.

Today we run governance intensives, delegate clinics, and community proposal labs for protocol teams, NFT communities, and independent delegates across the United Kingdom and Europe. Our studio seats eight comfortably; larger groups meet at client venues or online.

How we work

Every session starts with your actual governance context — not a generic curriculum. We pull live data from Realms, review your forum history, and build exercises around decisions you face in the next quarter. Facilitators document the session and send follow-up notes, but we do not stay on as ongoing advisors unless you book a separate engagement.

We believe governance education should be honest about failure modes. Half our case studies involve votes that went wrong, delegates who went quiet, or treasuries that lost community trust. Learning from those moments is faster than pretending every DAO runs smoothly.

Values

  • Clarity over jargon. If a council member cannot explain a proposal to a token holder, the proposal is not ready.
  • Participation is designed. Turnout is not luck — it reflects communication, timing, and respect for voters' attention.
  • Independence. We hold no delegate mandates and accept no protocol tokens for session fees.
