Session fees cover facilitation, preparatory materials, and follow-up notes. Travel within Greater London is included; other UK venues quoted separately.

What affects the final price
- Group size. Intensives below four participants incur a minimum booking fee equivalent to four places.
- Venue. Sessions at your office outside Greater London include travel time at £85 per hour beyond the M25.
- Preparation depth. If we review more than three months of your governance history before a session, a preparatory fee of £180–£360 applies depending on volume.
- Recording and materials. Video recording for internal use adds £120. Printed workbooks for groups over six add £8 per person.
Deposits and payment
A 40% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due seven days before the session. Invoices are issued in GBP with 14-day payment terms for registered companies. We accept bank transfer; card payment available on request for deposits under £500.
