Governance, DAOs, and the craft of community participation

Focus Panel Hub runs small-group workshops and one-to-one sessions for founders, delegates, and community stewards who need to understand how Solana protocols make decisions — and how to participate without guessing.

What we teach

Our curriculum covers the mechanics of on-chain voting, delegate selection, treasury oversight, and the human conversations that happen before a proposal ever reaches a forum. Every session uses real Solana protocol examples — never abstract slide decks.

From a recent delegate cohort

Participants come from protocol teams, NFT communities, and independent delegates preparing for their first Realms vote.

We walked through an actual Realms proposal line by line. I finally understood why our treasury committee kept deferring votes — the quorum math had been wrong for two months.
— Priya M., community delegate, Manchester
The facilitator did not pretend every DAO runs smoothly. We spent an hour on a failed vote from last season and what the council should have done differently. That honesty helped more than any checklist.
— Tomasz W., protocol contributor, Edinburgh
