Refund Policy

This policy applies to sessions and workshops booked with Focus Panel Hub Ltd. By paying a deposit or full fee, you agree to these terms.

1. Cancellation by you

Private sessions (Intensive, Clinic, Proposal Lab, custom engagements)

• More than 21 days before the session: Full refund of amounts paid, minus a £35 administration fee.
• 8–21 days before: 50% refund of amounts paid. Deposit is non-refundable if it exceeds 50% of the total fee.
• 7 days or fewer before: No refund. You may transfer your place to another participant from your organisation at no charge if we receive written notice at least 48 hours before the session.

Open workshops

• More than 14 days before the workshop: Full refund minus £25 administration fee.
• 7–14 days before: 50% refund or transfer to the next available date of the same workshop (one transfer permitted).
• Fewer than 7 days before: No refund. Transfer to a future date at our discretion, subject to availability.

2. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted for private sessions if requested more than 14 days before the original date. Additional reschedules incur a £50 fee. Reschedule requests must be made in writing to hello@focuspanelhub.click.

3. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a session due to facilitator illness or unforeseen circumstances, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available date. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs you may have incurred.

4. No-shows

Failure to attend without prior notice is treated as cancellation within seven days — no refund applies. For online sessions, joining more than 30 minutes late without notice may be counted as a no-show.

5. Deposits

Deposits are 40% for private sessions and 30% for open workshops unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation. Deposits are applied to the session fee and are refundable according to the cancellation timeframes above.

6. Work already started

For custom engagements involving preparatory review of governance materials, fees for completed preparatory work are non-refundable if you cancel after we have delivered the preparatory report or spent more than two hours on review.

7. Materials purchased

Printed workbooks posted to you are non-refundable once dispatched. Digital materials provided before a session are non-refundable after delivery.

8. Partial attendance

Partial attendance at multi-hour sessions does not entitle you to a partial refund. Session fees cover the reserved place regardless of hours attended.

9. Refund process

Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days to the original payment method. Bank transfers to UK accounts only unless otherwise agreed.

10. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions for documented medical emergencies or bereavement. Contact us promptly with supporting documentation.
